THE BUDGET HEARING MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SOUTH COOK COUNTY
MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
HELD MONDAY JULY 14, 2025

A Budget Hearing Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District was called to order by President Dr. Ray Warner, at the District’s Headquarter, 15500 Dixie Highway, Harvey, Illinois on July 14, 2025 at 4:03 P.M. upon due notice to all members of the time, date, and place of the meeting.

The meeting was opened by the President whereupon the following motion was moved by Trustee Williams and seconded by Trustee Elston, to wit:

Atty. Meganne Trela mentioned to the Board of Trustees that the budget hearing notice was published in the newspaper more than 30 days prior to the date of the hearing.

The Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 was presented by Belinda Mosby, Assistant Director.

The following motion was moved by Trustee Williams and seconded by Trustee Givines, to wit:

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
