MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SOUTH COOK COUNTY
MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
HELD THURSDAY, JUNE 23, 2020

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District was called to order by President Charles Givines, at the District’s Headquarter, 15500 Dixie Highway, Harvey, Illinois on April 13, 2020 via ZOOM due to the COVID-19 Pandemic at 3:02 P.M. upon due notice to all members of the time, date and place of the meeting.

The Board of Trustees of the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District conducted a special meeting via ZOOM in accordance with Section 6 of Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order 2020-07 (COVID-19 Executive Order No.5)

The meeting was opened by the President, whereupon the following motion was made by President Givines, seconded by Trustee Warner, to wit:

At this point in the meeting Robert Shaefer, VistaNational Insurance Representative, gave a presentation to the Board concerning renewal of Health Care Coverage for District Employees for the period of 12/1/2020-11/30/2021.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
