THE BUDGET HEARING
MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE SOUTH COOK COUNTY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
HELD MONDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2022.

A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District was called to order by President Lynette Stokes at the District’s Headquarter, 15500 Dixie Highway, Harvey, Illinois on September 12, 2022 at 3:56 P.M. upon due notice to all members of the time, date, and place of the meeting

Due to the absence of President Lynette Stokes, the meeting was opened by the Vice-President, Trustee Lamarr Miller, whereupon the Budget Hearing was conducted by the Assistant Director, Nikki Cody.

Ms. Nikki Cody presented the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 to the Board of Trustees.

Janet Rogers, Director, made a recommendation to the Board of Trustees to approve the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 during the Regular Meeting.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

The next Board meeting will be held on October 11, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the District’s Headquarter.
