THE FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SOUTH COOK COUNTY
MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
HELD MONDAY JULY 17, 2023

A Finance Committee Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District was called to order by President Charles Givines at the District’s Headquarter, 15500 Dixie Highway, Harvey, Illinois on July 17, 2023 at 4:11 P.M. upon due notice to all members of the time, date, and place of the meeting.

The meeting was opened up by the President, whereupon the Preliminary/Tentative Budget for fiscal year 2023-2024 was reviewed by the Board of Trustees. During this time, the Board asked several questions and discussed the Preliminary/Tentative Budget.

President Givines made a request to the Board to exit the Finance Committee Meeting of the Board of Trustees and enter into Executive Session. The following motion was made by President Givines, seconded by Trustee Elston, to wit:

Aerielle Charles, Christopher Brown, and Robert Barnes exited the board room.

At this time, President Givines made a request to the Board to enter in the Finance Committee Meeting.

Aerielle Charles, Christopher Brown, and Robert Barnes re-entered the board room.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
